Remove any metal stays if possible.
Close all contact closures and hand wash in warm water with mild soap.
Product should be air-dried.
Do not use high temperatures to wash or dry.
- Open strap and place padded portion of strap under kneecap (patella), with textured finish against skin.
- Make sure buckle is on outside (lateral) side of knee.
- Thread strap through buckle and pull back onto itself to fasten hook and loop closure.
- Adjust to desired comfort level without inhibiting circulation.
