UNIVERSAL SHOULDER IMMOBILIZER
- Features 8” wide chest band with anti-migration strap and 2½” wide moveable humerus and wrist cuffs for ease of application; universal design allows for inventory reduction.
- Indicated for immobilization following rotator cuff repairs, S/P glenohumeral acromioplasty surgery or other shoulder-related injuries.
- Constructed of foam laminate to hook sensitive fabric.

Close all contact closures and hand wash in warm water with mild soap.
Product should be air-dried.
Do not use high temperatures to wash or dry.
- Open up immobilizer, remove and set aside long shoulder strap, humeral cuff and wrist/forearm cuff.
- Grasp widest portion of immobilizer, wrap around waist and secure hook and loop closure.
- Secure humeral cuff (longer cuff) onto body of immobilizer just above elbow, place upper arm in cuff and secure.
- Secure wrist/forearm cuff (smaller cuff) onto body of immobilizer in front of body, place forearm in cuff and secure.
- Attach buckle-end of long shoulder strap to front portion of immobilizer, bring over unaffected shoulder, secure to back of immobilizer and adjust strap to desired tension level.
